Submitting a review
The "Submitting Your Review" area consists of two buttons at the bottom of the page:
• "Send Review" saves the score sheet and sends it to Demiurge for eventual digest publication, further review or rejection.
• "Cancel" closes the score sheet, but saves its contents till the reviewer logs out.
